Whatever day you choose to be your day of rest. That's what the Sabbath is: a day of rest.
On that day of rest, don't do anything that resembles work. Go play baseball, watch TV, take a nap, go swimming, bowling, visit with your friends. Anything that you enjoy that replenishes you for your work week ahead.
You are to worship and communicate with God every day.
