tell her straight out. She’ll understand. And how to win her heart is easy; you just have to be yourself. Since ur her friend she already knows how u are and everything and if u decide to change so u can win her heart, she’s going to get confused. But if u do change, change into someone more around the type of guys she’d go out.

Tell her that since you 2 have become friends, and you got to know her, your feelings have changed along the way, and the more you learned about her, the stronger your feelings have gotten, and now you would like to try the bf, gf thing.

If your her friend, you should know the things she likes if not find out what they are, and do them but, when you do don't act like your interested in her, sometimes a girl is going to wonder why he dsoesn't like me and she will try to get your attention. I know it may sound strange but its true, take it from a girl, I know!
