I've been going out with this guy for a little more than a month, and we've already kissed (peck). And, i've never made out with a guy before in my life.

It's a gradual building type thing, I guess the only rule is to do what you like, but watch your guy to see how comfortable he is--back off if he looks uncomfortable and try again later. A lot of this is to just take the little touches a step further. Start by being close, putting your hands on him, and giving him a peck. If you don't pull away or start babbling, you'll probably be able to kiss him a little longer. Open your mouth and see if he does back.
Just do what feels good. If you or he isn't comfortable with something (watch him, don't wait for him to ruin things by having to say 'slow down'). Another option is to challenge him (he is 'supposed' to be leading the first make-out, since he is the guy). So when he gives you a peck, say "Now give me a real kiss!" It may be easier than having you figure out how to make all the moves (though it sounds like you are going to have to make some for him).
And be sure to cut him some slack if he starts trying--it is tough for a guy (especially one who is probably just as inexperienced as you) to figure everything out and do it right. You have to experiment and find out what you both like. Don't do anything you don't want to do, but don't hold back. And touch him more often, even when you aren't looking to make out, just so he gets more comfortable with your touch.

If you're ready to do more (and you're not just doing it to please him or because of peer pressure), you should exploring kissing a little more. A peck on the cheek or lips is just the tip of the iceberg of kissing. Try a longer, more sustained kiss on the lips. Then, when you're ready, try French-kissing, also known as tongue kissing, letting your mouths relax and open a little bit while your tongues explore each other's mouths. (It's weird at first, but very enjoyable once you get used to it.) You can also experiment with holding hands, hugging, holding each other.
I wouldn't recommend anything further until you're really comfortable with the basics, and with each other.
(And don't listen to Nicole, you can NOT gets HIV or AIDS from kissing! Just don't get carried away and start doing anything below the waist, as long as you both keep your pants on you're fine.)

This question is a weird one for me to answer being that I have kids myself, but here goes... How old are you? I had my first "real" kiss in the seventh grade, with tongue. Kissing for me was great and I had no desire to go any farther. Just be responsible for your actions. DON'T let him push you into doing something your not ready for. You'll know when the time is right. In my case I was 17 years old. With a man I later married. In return don't push him either. Just keep in mind how babies are made and how painful it is when they are born.

If you have to ask then you are entirely too young to be doing this! Who says you have to make out with this guy anyway? Because your friends are doing it or it's expected of you? You don't have to do anything you don't want to do! You should be commended for not making out with some guy before! Keep it that way until you've graduated from college and have lived out on your own for at least 5 years - believe me, you'll thank me later on for this advice!

ah whatever just dont care about all of those other answers. TRUST ME it will just come naturally, and he will always be ready, hes a boy, hes ready for bed after the first date a lot of times, but believe me just dont do it in like a crowded place, mabe take him to a park, awhhh kiss him on the swings lol.

oooo, the first kiss. not allways the best one but def very exciting. the thing with makin out is it should allways be at the perfect time. like if you make eye contact for a moment...beleive me, you will know when its the right time to go for it. unless your modest and like asking... but its allways friskyer when you take a kiss. if you feel comfortable, if you feel like your about to make out, maybe tell him you never have b4... have fun!
