Of course you can.
Chest - bench press flat, incline, and decline if you have an adjustable bench. Dumbbell presses, same as above. Dumbell flyes, same as the other two. Dumbbell pullovers, barbell pullovers, pushups.
Triceps - Dumbbell kickbacks, french presses, dumbbell extensions, lying dumbel extensions, lying dumbbel kickbacks, skull crunchers, close grip bench press.
Shoulders, front lateral raisers, side lateral raises, military presses both dumbbell and barbell, upright rows, snatches, cleans,
Back - rows, incline rows, behind the bck rows, pullovers, single arm rows
Biceps - preacher curls if your bench inclines, alternating dumbbell curls, barbell curls, dumbbell curls, incline dumbbell curls, lying dumbbell curls,
Forearms - wrist curls, behind the back wrist curls, hammer curls, forearm curls, hammer curls, reverse barbell curls
Legs, hack squats, sissy squats, traditional squat, lunges, calve rasies, step ups.
There are plenty more, but I cannot think of all the exercise right now. Just look at some web sites and be creative.

Yes, you can get a good workout with that; but, you have to make sure that the weights are heavy enough. If the weights are too light then you won't be challenging your muscles and in turn won't strengthen them. You also don't want to have them too heavy because you will strain them and could harm them. You also want to incorporate some other kind of exercise as well. Such as walking, jogging, or running. The ab chair will help as well; but, it's not necessary to have a machine for your abs...the weights will help tone your abs as well; and, a normal sit up or crunches will work well as long as you do them right. The key to it all is to stick with it. It could take anywhere from 4-8 weeks before you notice results; but, with dedication you will be pleased with your results. Good luck!

I think so and have been doing it for 14 years (and I have an ab chair, too). It requires self-discipline as it is up to you on how hard you work and when. I like the convenience of not having to go anywhere and being able to get up and work out immediately in the morning.
