If you already have red (ginger/strawberry blond hair) why do you need highlights? It seems as if you have all of the bases covered already.

Whatever you do dont go for dark highlights...it looks really bad!!!
Go for golden or white blond highlights...

No highlights will work for your hair color honey, keep it as it is... and by the way highlights are not the fashion this summer! try some curls...woooooooooo, you will look damn sexy girl!!

Bleached blonde mainly, technically any color would 'suit' your hair it's just your personal preference!
