Do not put any small or sharp objects in the ear to clean out the toilet paper. This may pierce the ear drum.
Consider using olive oil to fill the ear and some cotton wool to plug the ear over night. This would dissolve some wax and help drain out the paper. If this does not work use the shower head with a spray to flush it out but make sure the water is warm

A aspirator is a good answer but maybe hard to get. You can try to have someone else use tweezers to take it out. Toilet paper these days practically melts in water so you might irrigate it out but pieces could be left and now wet. May want to call a ENT, ear, nose, and throat doctor over the phone and ask him what you might do.

Well, if you are absolutely not going to a doctor, then take a very small crochet hook and very gently use it to pull the paper out. Then use the Peroxide to clean your ear canel. Don't have someone else do this...they could hurt you before you yelled "ouch".

Try one of those little baby aspirators/bulb syringe. You can suck it out that way. Just be careful about shoving both items in your ear (toilet paper and the syringe). Future advise, nothing bigger than your elbow in your ear, okay? Just use regular soap & water in the bath or shower.

for one, how did you get toilet paper in your ear. isn't that kindof strange to get it stuck there? but if you can't here and its really in there you might have to go to a doctor. my advice is to try and wait it out for a couple of weeks. if you soak in a tub with your ears underwater for a hour it might disolve and come out. or even just stand in the shower. just breath it will be fine.

Didn't you mother ever teach you not to put things in your ear...

Ears aren't something to mess around with, I'd go to the doctor.
