I go to the gym approx. 4 times weekly.
How many calories should I have daily at 160 pounds and how many do I need to burn daily to get results?

Enter your weight and other info and it will give you the amount of calories to maintain your weight. Eat less than that and you will loose.

I don't know much about calories but just eat healthy, what has been working for me really well is drinking diet green tea throughout the day, Oatmeal for breakfast, cut all types of sugar, instead you can use honey, for lunches eat turkey sandwiches with wheat toast snacks can just be fruits or even organic soy chips (they taste good) when in the gym get on the treat mill and walk up hill I set it for 15.0 but you should get to that little by little and at about 2.5 for the speed for about 20 min. at first and work yourself up to 30 or more with time. Also follow it by working and toning your body I lost about 6 lbs in 2 1/2 wks...
