If you really want to do this, I'd try something a little more serious. You can't put people in jail for killing your dog.
You need to accuse the Christian of killing your invisible brother. That would be MURDER. A much more serious crime. Then make them prove your invisible brother never existed.

How many gods can you disprove? I think the analogy makes perfect sense. You could accuse them, but without proof they wouldn't get into trouble for killing your non-existent dog.

Sure you can. the only thing is, is once the authorities find out you didn't have a dog after the first one, you are probably going to go to jail.. Then you will have a very hard time convincing them of it again. So you can probably get to one Christian, but that's is going to be it.

Accusing is causing a person to go to jail, where as a belief in God is not causing any harm to others (i.e non-believers).

They tried that on my nephew... A neighbor chained a dog on the property after they moved out and claimed they abandoned the dog.
