Get some tea bags. Soak them in cold water and lay them over your eyes for a few minutes (5-10).

Also, milk is really good for baggy eyes. Dunk two cotton balls in milk and lay them over your eyes for the same time as the tea bags. I love this cure. Milk is also good for inflammed skin elsewhere.

the cucumbers are known to work, but there are also great products that help too.

I have two different products that i use, because I tend to get really puffy/dark under my eyes.

Clearskin makes stuff called "Good Morning Sunshine" that helps you look perkier in the eye-area. Victoria's secret also makes a product called something like sexy eyes that helps you look brighter.

Try the old tea bag remedy. Refrigerate your used tea bags and when cold, apply them to your eyelids and just relax for 15 minutes.
