i was told that there is a website that tells how to block these numbers but i didnt get the name of the site does anyone know what it is?

even if you sign up....it will take several week to 3 month to kinda wind down....

they are bill collector numbers? You cannot just go and sign up for a do not call list- to get them to stop. Do not call lists only apply to telemarketers... they dont even apply to people calling you to take surveys! You can either talk to them when they call and get them to stop calling (ie pay the money you owe them) or you can speak another language and pretend you dont speak english (ie just yell NO SPEAKA ENGLISH- U PEAK A PANISH?) or else through your phone company you cna get caller id call blocker- that will block all incomming calls unless they can be shown on your caller id with a name of a person or company they are calling from... but even then they can just say there name and it will ring into your house

If you are talking about Telemarketers you can register on the National Do Not Call Registry. Makes it illegal for them to call you.
