力 = force
透 = go through
纸 = paper
背 = back
It describes when someone use a lot of force when writing. You know how some people write so hard that you can feel the bumps at the back of the paper?
It is a metaphor for people who writes with very strong vocaburary, vigorously, passionately, with very convincing points. The energy and passion of the writer has penatrated through the paper. It is a positive expression. :)

The (or maybe your) strength passes the paper back.
... or something like that. I think paper could also mean weak if translated unliterally. The whole sentence is probably translated too literally in my answer to make sense. But, there must be someone who can translate it into better English than me.
