Some people carry around many pounds of excess water weight, so some heavy exercise might cause you to lose 5-10 pounds in each of the first couple days (often happens during "two a days" in high school football practices).

Besides the water weight, the only weigh you could lose more than a pound or so in a day is through liposuction (or amputation).

You can't. And even if you do, it's very unhealthy and unnatural. You can't expect wieght loss to occur that fast and then stay off. You'll gain it right back the next day.

I think the only way to do that is starve yourself and sweat, but then you are just losing water weight and killing your metabolism. Even then, I doubt you could drop 5 lbs. Avg weight loss is 1-2 lbs a week through a healthy diet and a good exercise routine.

Unless you get something like a tummy tuck, I don't see how you can possibly burn off that many calories. Even 5 pounds a week is a lot. Why do you want to lose it in one day?

Very simple my friend and you will like this because when I did it I lost 10 lbs of water weight in 3 days and 18 lbs in a month, so here it is:

Get some carbonated water with lemon flavor in it.
Get tuna in a can.
Ingrediants for a salad (spinach lettuce, tomatoes non fat dressing, etc.)
Sugar free jello.
Fat free and sugar free foods and snacks from the groceries.
Protien foods like beans and white chicken.
Find some bread with fiber in it and no sugar, or foods with fiber or fiber in a can to sprinckle on your foods.
Find foods and drinks with no salt (sodium) in them (water).
Do some activities to keep your body above normal temperature (jump rope, jumping, walking, running, cardio, ect.)

The carbonated water will make you urinate alot of fluids (weight).
Tuna will burn fat (protein) and oil from Fish helps lubricate your intestines for easier digestion.
Greens will help you digest quicker.
Avoid at all costs any type of sugars because it stores the fat you eat.
Avoid fats for 24 hours if you have any type of sugar or the sugar will trap the fat/greese to your stomach walls.

Do this and you should be in the restroom relieving yourself of toxic waste more than 4 times the first 3 days. It has to come out some how, right? Your stomach should be groaling with weired noises and that is good, its fat shedding from your walls. Make sure you bounce or jump around a lot to shake loose the fat from your stomach. But, you have to stay away from sugar and avoid salt at all cost or you defeat the purpose. Remember salt stores water and that is what you are trying to lose in one day.

Eat 6 times that day, good breakfast like boiled egg without the yoke, yogurt for snack mid morning, nice size salad with tuna at lunch with fat free dressing, sugar free jello mid afternoon, dinner have some protien meats with fiber bread (sandwich) with baked beans and salad and butter free , salt free all natural popcorn after a good work-out. By doing this your motabalism will go into over-drive dumping out waste from your body.

By the next morning you should have lost 5 lbs or more and you should start off your day in the restroom urinating (weight) for about a minute or so. AAHHHHHHHHH!!!!! What a relief.

Good Luck Loser (weight).

Sincerely,
SuperDave

You can't and its not healthy even attempting it. You might be able to drop "water weight" but actually losing weight you should aim for 2 lbs a week

It's like impossible. unfortunatly.
You'd die from exhaustion. and then whatever you lose you'd gain back from drinking water and it would add onto your water weight. Yeah its more realistic to shoot for losing 5 lbs a WEEK, not day.
