This has been going on for a few days, and I've lost 3 lbs. Should I force myself to eat so I don't lose any more weight or not eat and let it pass. My weight is normal, and it's not like I'm going to die if I eat or don't eat. I'm not anywhere near my period either. What should I do?

I would suggest eating. Fasting for a prolonged period of time will lower your metabolism and when you finally regain your appetite, you'll put on weight. If symptoms persist, you might wanna consider contacting a doctor.
