Use a product called H'suan wen hua from Lush. It's a treatment you put on dry hair. Leave it on for as long as you can then shampoo out and condition and style normally. Do it every week and it will help as it is all natural products that go into it.

My hair is really dry and quite frizzy. I tried using Lee Stafford Poker Straight Treatment and it made my hair really soft and smooth. There is also stuff called Glistening Balm that you put on your hair while its wet that helps make your hair more shiny. It smells lush too.

I started taking 'Well woman' vitamin tablets six months ago, due to my hair being dry, lank and very fine...the difference is unbelievable. My nails have also been a lot better. You can get the from Boots and most chemist. They also do Well Man.
They are not cheap but very worth it.

Hot Oil treatments like VO5 or what I like doing even better is cover your hair in olive oil and put on a shower cap and let it soak in for an hour or so. I do that when I go platinum blonde and my hair feels like straw and it seems to work. people also use avacado mashed up and spread in their hair.yummy hair salad.
