My boyfriend and I both agree that we need some alone time. We just dont know when or where. At his house, his little brother is always buggging us and won't let us be alone. Same with my house. My parents are also telling my little brother to go and talk with us. I would ask him to leave but he wont. I really just want to talk to my boyfriend alone..

sounds to me like you don't need time alone with him.
You sound too young. If you're not old enough to get married, you don't need "time alone" with a guy to screw around.
