Weight Watchers?
I am 18 years old and want to start weight watchers. I am 5'4 and weigh 136 pounds. How many points a day should i be eating?
Anyway i can get one of those books with all of the points of everything??

Has anyone done it that can give me some tips?

I would like to loose 15-20 pounds

the dietitcians say 2500 for a man & 90grams of fat.
woman=1900g & 70g. but to lose weight man=2000g & 70g.
woman 1400 & 50g. plus regular exercise.

At 5' 4" you are within a healthy range of BMI. Why would you want to lose 15-20 pounds? All I can say is exercise, you don't need Weight Watchers. Good Luck.

Oh please don't make ur life mierable by getting into points and then having ur foo, Instead Eat and be Merry - A Little excercise will help u loose weight Eg. brisk walk for 30 mins once in a day will keep u fit n fine
