I am going to go ou t on a limb here and say, she is a flirt with guys. SHe knows how to flirt with the opposire sex to obtain what she wants and seems to get what she wants.
Flirting is ok, as long as it is not taken to the next level.... Both men and women have the ability to flirt some better than others.

Huh??? You can flirt. You can think someone is flirting with you. I guess you could, theoretically say, "I've been flirted with," but that sounds odd. You can say, "I am a flirt; I like to flirt; I like people who flirt with me." But "is flirted?" Never heard that one before.

This is generally a hint that she wants to have dinner at the Olive Garden. I would recommend the endless breadsticks and salad. The breadsticks are awesome. Although don't get too much cheese on the salad.
