heaven, biblically speaking, is anywhere above the earth.

Deuteronomy 10:14
Behold, the heaven and the heaven of heavens is the Lord's thy God, the earth also, with all that therein is.

God spread out the heavens and one day He will wrap them up like a scroll. Isaiah 34:4 A New heaven and new earth will appear.

In 2 Cor. 12:2-4 Paul speaks of 3 heavens.
Highest Heaven in 1 Kings 8:27 and 2 Chron. 2:6

We have the sky that we see as a heaven. We have outer space as the 2nd heaven, but the 3rd heaven where God lives is the highest heaven.

Sometime the word heaven is used symbolically in Scripture. When used of an actual place, Scripture speaks of three heavens.

1. The first is the atmosphere above us.

2. The second heaven is the stellar heaven, the sun, moon, and stars.

3. The third heaven is where God resides, above the other two regions.

God, however, is certainly not limited to one geographical place.

According to the Bible (Gen 1) Heaven is above earth with water above it. Heaven is a thin dome with the sun, moon and stars stuck to the inside of it (they can't be on the outside or the water would put them out.)

I sent this note to 'eleventy' this am -
In ‘The Unreality of Time’, McTaggart argues that time is not a real thing in the real world. The arguments for a state out-side of time are implied in his Series C. "Our ground for rejecting time, it may be said, is that time cannot be explained without assuming time". Reichenbach implies this in ‘Universal Forces’. We are bound in time. The ‘many-worlds interpretation’ develops the ‘block time’ theory. Although this addresses the temporal in other universes, it expands our understanding of the universe we exist in.

With this in mind, I propose that we are beginning to understand ‘time’, and that if there is a temporal, there is likely a non-temporal. If there is a non-temporal, how can we in the temporal describe it? How can life within Series' A, requiring B, understand C?

Thanks for the consideration and patience.

Oh - it's outside.

The universe as we know it is of the physical realm, and Heaven is of the spiritual realm. 2 different things altogether.

I think it is inside the universe. For example, if you enjoy your life then you're in heaven.

Heaven in my perspective is beyond the Universe. As well as Hell.

Yes.

It contains the material universe (so would be "inside"), but extends beyond it.

You have to think outside the box to understand it.

I believe it is existing inside our universe, alot closer to us than we often think. I believe the etheric (airy, heavenly) matter and energy that the spiritual realm is composed of,becuase of its vibrational frequency, properties, ect, is able to coexist among our physical matter and energy. I believe it is just an extra part of our universe, like the deep sea which becuase of their nature are diffucult to explore due to our current human limitations.
