Biosilk by Farouk. It is expensive at places like salons or discount department stores like Target. But Costco has the $24 bottle for $10. If you have the opportunity to use it. Distribute a dime size amount throughout towel dried hair, then blow dry. After your hair is completely dry, put a nickel size amount in your hands, rub hands together then distribute throughout your hair. Use minimally on the scalp or your hair will look greasy. Then straighten or curl your hair. SHINY!!!
For a cheaper version. I would recommend going to Wal Mart and buying, I think it's Natural Instinct's Shine Happy. It's in the hair dye section. It's about $7 to $10. Check out the Web site.

Cholesterol, works miracles! Get the kind by Queen Helene, it comes in a big tub and its only like $4.00! Just use that as your conditioner like once a week, and let it sit in your hair for like 30-40 minutes, your hair will be extra smooth, soft, silky and shiny!!!

I've heard that Mayonaise, Beer, and Eggs are the best thing, but none of those worked for me. I use Pantene Pro V, moisturizing and it works pretty good. BUT, I've found that the conditioners within the boxes of hair colors do wonders to make your hair silky smooth. Try it, it worked for me. :)

heres some of the things that i have heard about:
- wash your hair in bottled water because it is PH balanced and it will make your hair shiny.
- use a honey, olive oil, and orange peel mask on your hair. it works good and it will make your hair really soft and shiny.
- beer is healthy for your hair too - so if you wash your hair with that then that will help it. it just stinks kind of bad!
- drink lots of water.
- if you are looking to buy something then you should try paul mitchell be skinny serum. it doesnt take much of it at all but it works great! i love it. i just bought a bottle of it the other day and its like $16 for a bigger size bottle of it.

Try the red colour bottle of Loreal revaitalise Shampoo - its good if your hair is coloured. Also try Herbal esscences (again the pink one). If yo uchange your shampoo every 2 weeks it means your hair doesnt get used to it. Also give your hair a cold shot with the shower after you have conditioned it!

I know of two home remedies.
1. Mayo. comb it through your hair and let it sit 15-30 mins once or twice a month.
2. Yucca plant. use the juice and pour it on your head while in the shower and let it sit just a few minutes once a week

to get sleek hair straighten it either picksy striaght hair or kinda gently curves. then spray on erbal essenses finishing spray (dangerously straight collection) on ur hair and smooth it out with ur hands or a brush. if u want more shine get shine serum, there are a lot of different brands but i love redkin.
