For the same reason Sally could sell Starbucks by the sea shore....people are too lazy or busy to do it themselves. If they can't even make a pot of coffee, how can they bend over and pick up a sea shell? :)

Because Sally had a very poor Business Plan. She finally filed for protection under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Statutes but could not come up with a coherent plan of reorganization.
Finally she committed suicide after losing everything and being forced to prostitute herself next to very stand where her business tragically failed.

Sally is my sister and she learned the hustle from me. I used to sell water to fish. But now I'm more into selling ice to polar bears.
