I didn't know her (him?) very well. Was she an atheist or christian or what? I want to know because I would like to figure out who might have terminated LJ2. Suspects?

Also, is there a way to find out who is giving thumbs up/down? I get an almost instantaneous thumbs down on every thing I post no matter how polite or innocent.

This whole incident is about as close to an act of war as you can get in cyberspace.

This escalation is a perfect example of religious fanaticism. And it WASN'T an "athiest" who started it.

I'm really pissed off if you haven't figured that out.

Good to have you back! What happened and how did you regain your points?

I believe LJ2 was terminated simply because enough people reported. I'm fairly convinced that the abuse system is nothing but a script. We are all potential subjects of these attacks. On the other hand, LJ2 was very inflammatory, and I believe unnecessarily and deliberately so.

A lot of people thumbs down simply to roll up answers above their own. There is no way to find out who, and I am sincerely glad of that. It would only lead to more abuse. Other people thumbs-down because they don't agree with you, which of course is not what the thumbs are for.

If I come across a viewpoint that is opposite to my own but is still a good answer, I do give it a thumbs up. If I didn't do that, I could not consider myself to be reasonable. I will only ever thumbs down where someone has not understood the question or has simply pasted a whole load of mostly irrelevant rubbish.

I believe LapTop Jesus 2.0 is an Atheist. And I have no idea who is giving the thumbs up and thumbs down. People who don't agree with what you or whoever else is saying will do that. It is what it is.

Peace I give unto you. Not as the world giveth give I unto you.

EDIT:

That's just one of my mysteries, my friend...
