Brown rice can be microwaved with a little bit of water sprinkled on top (about half a tablespoon per cup of rice) for 30 seconds to a minute per cup. Stir during cooking to heat evenly.

put it in a micro safe dish, sprinkle with a little water and cover with some plastic wrap vented on one side. Heat for a minute, stir and reheat if necessary! If you are only doing one serving it only takes about 30 seconds. If you want to use the stove, use a double boiler and stir occasionally till its hot.

Add a little chicken or beef broth to it so it doesn't clump. This also gives it some flavor.
