Low season starts in May through October. That's when hotels try to get more local customers and usually the rates are lower. About $90 less per night. For example: the Sheraton Old San Juan (good hotel, great location) is $275 in March and $185 in late August. just make sure you search online for the lowest rates and check special offers and packages. During low season those special packages are very common and good deals.
