i have dark brown hair(almost black) and black eyebrows. i want to dye it like the model in the picture. i have light skin like her. Would i have to lighten my eyebrows as well?

No I don't think it would be necessary.Anyway dye the hair first and you'll decide about the eyebrows later!

I have white blonde hair and my eyebrows are brown. They tell you not to dye your eyebrows as the chemicals can get in your eyes and make you go blind.....apparently!! I don't think with this colour hair your eyebrows would really notice that much

Lightening ur hair is gunna probably turn it orange....
If you dont go to light, which ur not, u can probably leave them. If you want to lighten them up a tad, I learned a smal trick in school, peroxide wash, equal parts peroxide and shampoo. Use it a few times till u get the lightness u want.
I honeslty suggest going to see a skilled stylist to get your hair that color. Dont try it at home please.

no - thats close enough.
if you wanted to be platinum, then your eyebrows would look funny... but since you want to stay in the brown range.... I think it will look great!!!
