I'm sorry I don't buy "I only did it because she asked me too".. There is more too it.. sounds like you liked the idea of being caught and playing chase with this women.
I don't know your reasons for doing this could be issues with the girlfriend..things are not going right.. or what ever.. its just excuses really!!!!... But by doing what you just did you are going to have a really hard time convincing your girlfriend it was a mistake and what you did was wrong. You will also need to explain in FULL DETAIL as to why you even did it... WHY??? because women need answers and closure....
Are you saying your girlfriend said to hook up with this women? that's what I'm thinking after reading your last sentence or is it a typo?
Anyways You are going to have to do everything in your power to make it up to her... No secrets let, her be the boss and so on. You need to prove to YOURSELF and to her your willing to do anything it takes to regain that trust and it will never happen again. Keep in mind things will be tense for awhile nore will you be allowed much alone time or space because trust has just been thrown out the window..

Hate to say it but you blew it big time and chances are you probably won't get your girl back. Your reason for having sex with a woman because she wanted to is lame because you know you wanted to have sex with her too. If you didn't, then you wouldn't have done it. Also, if you even loved or cared for your girl, you wouldn't have done it. The only respectable thing to do is just apologize to your girl and face the fact that you messed up.

You absolutely got what you deserved. What you should do is wash yourself with some kind of antiseptic cleanser to kill the nasty germs, then go be by yourself until you are ready for the type of committment having a girlfriend requires. Oh, and it might be good for you to learn to say "NO" when it's appropriate. Just a thought.

well you should not have gone with that girl, and probe to your girlfriend you will never do that again, that probably really hurt her feelings, and if you want her back suprise her get a reservation at her faverote restarant have someone bring her so she will not expect it than she will probably forgive you if you only pay attenton to her and dont look at any other girls. and you too will be at the point where she will forit about it in no time.
