If we "assume" god is real. Then:
According to gods morals he's good.
According to those that worship out of fear, he's good, and they're the one's who are bad.
For those that don't subscribe to gods morals,
He's a mean, spiteful, vindictive god and wouldn't consider him good.

God's mercy rains on the just and the unjust alike. He is no respecter of persons. Yes, God knew you before you were created in your mother's womb but that does not make us robotic. Each and every day God allows us to awake; we have the ability to make it a blessed day or a cursed day by our actions and choices. God did not create rapist, murderers and such. We as humans choose to make those conscience decisions to rape, murder and plunder. Sin is like a cancer. It will rot you from the inside out. Just because you may not murder, rape, steal etc.how do you feel about your next door neighbor? The instructor at your school? Your sin may not be straight forward in your face like the murderer; yours lie within your heart where no one can see. Harboring dislikes, hatreds, envy, lust etc, is no different than the murderer; however God is still long suffering with YOU.
Does that answer your question?

It always boils down to the same answer. God created us with a free will, where we can chose to do whatever we want, reaping the gains or losses of that decision. A better question would have been "Why does God allow these things to happen?" Without choice in life, love would be meaningless. We'd all be robots and there would be no good or evil. Suffering as a giver or receiver of it, always comes from human hands. We might say, but what about the poor woman who was raped. That is true. We need to wrap our arms around that person and show her what love and kindness means. We need to see beyond suffering. If we had no way of showing kindness to others and helphing them in difficult times, then we would resemble robots.

"i'm assuming that we all agree that rape, murder and child abuse are wrong...."
Agreed.
Let's set the gender issue about God on one side, OK?
Why do you suppose that it is God who creates people in the first place? Second, and more importantly, why do you suppose that "knowledge about human actions" and "human actions" are contradictory? Finally, why would a single person's evaluation of what does or does not sound good count as an argument for the existence or non-existence of God?

The rest of the story. God created the human race. God gave man a choice--Believe or Don't believe. There is evil in this world. Man chooses to trust God or life with the evil around him. If a man has a choice and he chooses evil why do you blame God The evil forces have, over the centuries, have grown to quite a force. God asks you to believe. God did not create sin--it is allowed to exist Mankind has a choice.
Sin , evil, death exist. You can blame God or you can trust. God.
GOD IS GOOD ALLTHE TIME
ALL THE TIME GOD IS GOOD

God "allows" things to happen in order to complete his 'ultimate plan.'
He doesn't create a rapist, a murderer, or child molester. He creates life, not death. Satan is responsible for evil, death, damnation, and suffering in this world.
God is omnipotent, omnipresent, and omniscient.
That means all-powerful, everywhere, and all-knowing (respectively)
You (a sinful human) have a small piece of the "puzzle." One of billions of pieces. You cannot accurately decipher God's will and / or plan.
God (perfect, holy, and good) has the "puzzle box." He knows where everything fits in. He sees everything. He knows what will happen.
Sin came into the world through Adam & Eve. Since then, there has been suffering, death, damnation, sickness, and discomfort. Satan is responsible for this, not God.
This pain will not cease to exist until judgement day, when all believers will rise to heaven, and all unbelievers will descend into.... eternal pain and suffering

god is good. he gave every one who is not mentally handicaped a thing called free will. other things like greed, guilt, thievery have created people who are willing to do these bad acts, which we turn around and say the person is bad. no the person has poor judgement. poor judgement usually equals dissaster. rapist is a victim of lust and fear of rejection.molester victim of lust and superiority issues, and cowardice.murders are usually done for envious reasons. god has nothing to do with creating any of these acts. man only is to blame. or the god in us.

I never have understood why, people don't believe in God will then try to blame this being( who doesn't exist according to them) for ever rotten and hateful thing they do!
Where is the logic in that?
You make decisions, you are responsible for them. Including the decision Not To Believe!

"The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness, since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them.
For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities— his eternal power and divine nature— have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse.
For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened.
Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like mortal man and birds and animals and reptiles.
Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator— who is forever praised. Amen.
Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones. In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion.
Furthermore, since they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, he gave them over to a depraved mind, to do what ought not to be done. They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips, slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; they are senseless, faithless, heartless, ruthless.
Although they know God’s righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them.
You, therefore, have no excuse, you who pass judgment on someone else, for at whatever point you judge the other, you are condemning yourself, because you who pass judgment do the same things.

"Yes, it all makes sense now! God is always right. God made atheists. Therefore, atheists are right."
