Try to increase your B-12 in take. You can buy the vitamin in pill form OTC, or you can ask your doctor if he/she can give it to you in shot form.
B-12 is found naturally in in meat and dairy products. It is good for your red blood cell creation and keeps your nervous system working properly. It is also good for your metabolism.
Since it is a water soluble vitamin, deficiencies are more common because your body cannot store up on it. So it is a very good supplement to take. Most Multi-Vitamins such as Centrum contain 100% of your daily req for B-12, but an additional boost won't harm you, especially if your body has difficulties metabolizing the vitamin.

There is an herb called ginko biloba that may assist you in your memory function, although tests have been inconclusive. This can also be bought OTC at any drug store.

Im not a Doctor but I have had simialar problems in the past, the memory loss could be down to lack of exersize, it depends what your daily routine is. Also down to the food your eating, your brain is like a muscle too, "if you dont use it, you lose it", not litrally but it wont function as well. Also alcohol can cause memory problems and cirtain drugs.

If i were you i would try taking some multi vitimins, to make sure your body is getting what it needs, also eat regularly, dont wait till your starving before eating or your just gonna eat more. Have a few sandwiches, maybe even egg whites (no fat). If your drinking, stop. At least for a month, see how you feel, also if you have cash, it could be worth trying L- Glutamine.

Plus get to the gym, or better yet, into some type of club, with a friend. Swimming club, tae kwon do, tennis, squash. Anything, but if you have a friend with you, it will motivate you more and you wont feel so worried about yourself or others.

Also, see a doctor for advice, but whatever you do if he gives you anti depressents dont get hooked. Sports and exercise is better than any tablet.
Hope i helped a little.

There are vitamins that help with fatigue and memory, I'm sure you can find on the web. You need to know the cause of your symptoms before you self medicate. Write down your symptoms, diet, activity, etc. to remind you of what to tell your doctor. Take someone with you, and take notes so you can remember what your doctor suggested. You need to rule out other medical disorders., before you assume it's a vitamin deficiency. Mental or emotional disorders are also common causes that can cause these symptoms.Speak with a therapist or counselor if you can. Also discuss these concerns with a health food store, nutritionist, dietician, or weight loss support group. No one can automatically give you the best advice for you when all they know about you is the above question, but fatigue and memory loss is serious, please get professional advice.

First I'd suggest looking at your rest pattern and diet. Do you get 7- 8 hours of sleep each night? If not, this could be contributing to your lingering feelings a fatigue. Also, review what you're eating. Is it a balanced, healthy diet? If you think these areas are fine, I'd consider a visit to your physician just to rule out any health issues.
