Waiting to pay for two tower fillet meals (large) with gravy the other day, I noticed there was a nutritional info sheet next to the tills. As i was stood there waiting i did a quick tally and was totally shocked that large fries, tower fillet burger and diet coke came out to about 1200 calories!!!! That's mega. The gravy was about 60 Cal's for the large one so I'd only go there for a special treat or if you're not watching your weight!!
You could also go to the KFC website where they have a nutritional calculator to guide you to their more healthier options... simply choose what you want and enter it into their guide and viola.... instant results!!

I'd pick the tender roast sandwich (350 calories) & a diet drink (0 calories). Or you could choose a wing OR a drumstick for even fewer calories. See the link below for KFC & other fast foods. Hope that helps.

Just have a bottle of water or a diet coke with the sweetcorn and coleslaw. The chicken and chips are a dietary disaster.

Water - without the ICE... nothing at KFC is good for you... and even the ice machines have been tested at several locations and have various molds/moulds growing in them...
