In Christian philosophy animals do not have free will and cannot sin.
Recent studies suggest that some animals, dolphins and dogs, have a morality of sorts and recognize bad acts.

animals don't have free will as humans, however they will be raised on day of judgement & they will take their rights from each other or from humans who hurt them injustly for no reason. for example if one deer hit another then on day of judgement the one been hit will return it back.

But most important is that after every animal take its right back the God orders them all to be soil again.

At that point the human disbelievers will wish they were soil too because they know the hell is waiting for them.

No...

They don't have the sense to think.
It is missing for them.
We have the sixth sense and are called human.
That is the difference.

That is why we call a brother a brother
A sister a sister
A mother a mother
An uncle an uncle....

They don't call them with relationship. The mother dog may have sex with its own offspring.

The sixth sence is missing, therefore its not sin. They don't have a meaning for sin.

Nope.

Animals are neutral, non judgemental and pure because they have no free will.

They act on feeling not thoughts.

Animals do not have enough cognitive ability to be self-aware (contemplate their own existence and such), and do not have a "will."
