ok, listen, have some carrots n celery n sour cream n diuretic tea around all the time! It will get rid of your cravings.
You'll eat less caloric, acid, and sweet foods because your acid balance will be stable. And when you do rip in to a nice spaghetti bolonese again..(or anything heavy), you will go off in a deep obliviating sleep afterwards. You'll wake up feeling like a million bucks and you'll keep the healthy cycle going.
But it starts with fresh vegies, raw foods, whole-meal bread...plain yogurt. This must be the bases of your diet.

Do some thing actual. After about 1/2-hour on your THR zone, the body begins liberating chemical compounds to lead away from soreness…and starvation…so that you'll be able to save going. those organic chemical compounds (endorphins, epinephrine, serotonin, and dopamine, between others) make you experience so sturdy…chuffed, lively...and not in any respect hungry in any respect. At homestead, you would possibly want to apply a table sure motorcycle at the same time as observing television, reading or listening to music. in case you don’t have one, then you definately favor to do relatives chores. Vacuum, wash the homestead windows, freshen up the gutters, rake the backyard, rearrange the furniture

Try making some crafts or get a new hobby. What interest you? Art, photography, dancing, movies? Maybe join a sport, club, or group with a friend. Maybe start a webpage of something that really interest you (not a personal page) and get money for it with Googleadsense. Or when you are watching TV maybe exercise while you are watching.

Don't avoid eating, eat healthy.
Noone ever got fat from fruits veggies or salads.
Get some exercise as well, burn off some of that energy.
And the tip about protein powder is good, it helps stabilize blood sugar, have a shake with snacks and you'll not be as peckish.

Exercise, read, learn a foreign language, dance to your favorite music, write long overdue thank you cards for your Christmas gifts, clean out your closet and donate unwanted items to Goodwill, organize your cd's/DVD's, change the linens on your bed, do laundry, go detail someone's car, walk the dog...

have more healthy foods around the house because braking ur habbit will be hard.
and when u want to eat something at least try to make sure its healthy.
a way to avoid eating so much is that always eat in 1 room of ur house.
like even for snacks eat in youur dining room, this helps it so that u dont eat snacks when ur watching t.v. or something like that.

I think your in the right catagory. Try not to think about food. M dad uses some kind of protein powder stuff and he has not thought about food that much like he used to.
