click on tools
click on internet options
click on programs
make your e-mail here "outlook express"
click on start bottom left
click on outlook express
set up which server you want it to deal with ie incomming and outgoing address of that server

You just need some basic info from your ISP, such as the
incoming/ outgoing server names, and your name
and password.
