www.sparkpeople.com best part is its free so if you start to slack its not as bad you're not wasting money! (Please put you were refered by mewiegele if you decide to join and check it out. you get points for logging in and refering members. The points dont do anything so I dont know why I care but I do I guess.)

i go with the others and say sparkpeople.com it has a great workout log and diet log...you can even create your own fitness//diet goals and track those as you complete them
