Definitely not like chicken! If cooked right a hamburger could taste as good as any gourmet steak made in some fancy restaurant.

very flavorfull...onions...lettuce...toasted bun....mayo...pickles...home grilled are the best! If you seriously have not had one, you really should try...but don't try a McDonald's if you want what a REAL hamburger should taste. Braums or Sonic make GREAT hamburgers!

When prepared properly, it is wonderful...
Beef is beef...it's how it is prepared that directly effects the taste. Cut affects eatability, not the flavour - that has to do with the diet of the beast.
