Mini cats, or Munchkins? They are a genetically interbred type of cat for shortened legs. They are a mutation. The website your talking about is basically a ODE, or an infatuation page to rare and strange cats.
http://www.messybeast.com/
It talks about large cat hybrids, and exotic or strange bred regular cats. Promoting there continuance is not to my liking. These cats and hybids are abominations and would very very very rarely happen in a natural setting. These are Man-MADE cats or Designer cats. i dont condone that kind of breeding practice.
Now on the other hand the website is very informative. It help show what silly creations man has decided to come up with. I think it will serve as a reminder that man thinks hes god.
ALLEY ALEX they ARE abominations since they wouldnt do this in the wild, they are man made, thats why they have all those health problems you just so readily pointed out. So stop contradicting yourself and promoting more of this inhumane breeding, if your so soft hearted about my calling these cats Abominations. I didnt say kill them or anything jeez. Why would you condone a person to breed a cat with shorten legs, that also because of shorten legs have severe Heart deformations. Yes over 60 to 70% of short legged munchkins had malformed hearts and bad vertebre in there spines, and people just keep on breeding them and selling them for money. Because there COOL looking oooohh thats a good reason i guess ... YEAH EVERYONE lets go out and start crossing a Tiger and Leopard JUST to see what happens... ooohh look at the poor cubs, clubbed feet, sterile, small brains, no liver, only half there intesintal tract... but there still alive and WOW LOOK AT THAT COAT HOWWWW COOOOL lets keep doing it cause we CAN. Who cares about all the ones born dead, and dying.

It show cats that have been bred to have certain characteristics. Some of them are cute but a lot of these have health problems due to inbreeding.
They are NOT an ABOMINATION though. They are living breathing animals that have been bred to have certain characteristics, much like dog breeds.
