Throughout the Bible, there is no mention of pets running around in heaven. The only creatures described in heaven are angels and humans.
The Bible indicates that God is a spirit.10 Angels are also spiritual beings. This is why humans take on a spiritual body so that we can be with God and the angels. However, animals are non-spiritual beings.
The higher animals (including the ones we usually choose as pets) are soulish creatures, which is why they can related to us. However, they lack a spirit, which we humans have, so that their fate is different from ours.
So, will our dogs run around us in heaven?

Yes because no other creatures of earth has ever sinned. Animals do have spirit, it's called the spirit of life and all living things have it. Anything that has life is in some sense "spiritual" whether in a negative sense or not, whether you realize it or not. The bible says that lions and lamb live peacefully on the New Earth (future heaven).

the spirit and essence disembody and effervesce with the great orb of electricity which is 'spirit' - it takes place alter-dimensionally which is beyond human comprehension anyway
your "dogs" aren't really "dogs" anyway - we are all a part of the same eflluvia on earth - the only separation of spirit and individuals comes from our interrelation with the corporeal - which we all shed in the hereafter
angels and archangels are all the same stuff as humans - just more or less of the same - kindof how technically the earth and sun are the same but the sun is denser to the point of self-immolation - hence are the 'angels'
dogs are a part of angels - we are all parts of the same plasma - and I doubt what we consider differentiation here in this dumb reality of 3 dimensions and tedious electromagnetic spectral options will have any bearing whatsoever in the afterlife

It was man who rebelled agaiinst God and man that needed redeeming, not pets. The Bible is salvation history for man.
Thomas Aquinas taught that anything that has life has a soul, but only man has an immortal soul. The Catholic church however has never stated Thomas Aquinas was infallible. Nuns have frequently taught that pets don't go to Heaven because of Thomas Aquinas. The Catholic Church definitely disagreed with Thomas Aquinas re the Immaculate Conception that Mary was conceived in her own mother's womb without the stain of original sin. They agreed with Duns Scotus. Of course, Duns Scotus was right. He was Irish.
I know a priest who said he definitely expected to find his dog in Heaven. I look forward to seeing all my pets in Heaven.

The Bible clearly says there will be animals in heaven but it doesn't say whether they are our pets or whether we will know them and vice versa. What if you started getting pets when you were little and continued to age 85? You might have a dozen pets, not counting goldfish, so you would have quite a posse.

Pets, as pets, do not go to Heaven. But animals and such like beings may be said to be brought to Heaven because, after the Last Day, they can serve as part of the joys of Heaven. In other words, animals and such like creatures may be said to be brought to Heaven to serve as part of our Heavenly joys. Clearly, we do not need pets to provide happiness in Heaven. But pets and such like creatures will be brought to Heaven to become part of our creaturely happiness in the Heavenly kingdom. Consequently, we may say that animals and such like creatures may be brought to Heaven by God to enable us to enjoy them as part of our creaturely happiness in Heavenly beatitude.

I am sure they will.
All the pets you had in your life will be there too.
Like your pet rabbits, mice, guinea pigs, cats, dogs, hamsters, etc.
Any pet you had that died will be there waiting for you to eternally have fun with.
