ok i am 16 years old 5ft 3in and i started to have signs of anorexia . i am 98 lbs and i need to gain atleast 5lbs back . i dont know hot to do it . i dont want to get a gut or anything . what should i eat and not be eating ?? if i go to the gym what should i train to stay toned .. i am toned right now but i dont know if i gain weight on will my toneness go away ?? how many calories should i be eating daily in what types of food ?? is eating something like an egg and cheese sandwich not a good idea ??
