WE MAY BE ATTRACTED TOWARDS ANY PERSON, ANY THING LIVING OR NON LIVING. LOVE IS ALSO HAVING DIFFERENT WAY AS LOVE FOR YOUR OPPOSITE SEX OR LOVE TOWARDS SOCIETY OR LOVE TOWARDS YOUR FAMILY.

Everybody is attracted to a certain type of person, however, when you love a person there is a deeper emotional attachment that goes along with it. Healthy love is when two people have an emotional attachment to one another. Unhealthy love is when one person loves another person but the other person does not feel that deep emotional attachment back. Also, when you love someone it's not just because that person is hansom or pretty. After the initial attraction there has to be a mutual deeper feeling for the other person as a whole. Love is deeper than attraction, lust, or infatuation.

The English word love has too many meanings. It can mean physical attraction and sexuality, or it can mean the love between a mother and child. I like the way the Greeks had three separate words for love:
Eros - having more to do with passionate, sensual love.
Philia - love of friends, family, community, etc.
Agape - Devine, self-sacrificing love.
So really it comes down to what your definition of the word love is. If you define love in the Agape way, then there is deffinately a differnce.

Before my marriage my would be (now my wife) was "attractive" and after the marriage we are connected to each other because of "love".
Love covers all words in the dictionary, attraction is one word only out of that.

Love is a stage following attraction, and it only develops after a decent time you spend together sharing emotional and sexual feelings. Attraction can be too strong that it can burn your heart too in some cases, but love comes in a later stage as I aforementioned.

Attraction is what pulls you toward someone. This may be their looks, their smile, their character or just their presence. You may also want to see that person again and again.
Love is when your heart beats hard for that person, you can stand being away from them and you just can't wait until your next meeting with that person.

I don't know about anyone else, but I know it's love because he's the first thing I think about in the morning, the last thing I think about at night, and the one person I would go out of my way for to make happy. I smile at hearing the sound of his voice and I hate being away from him...

Love is more powerful and you feel it. You think of the person constantly, you want to see them, you want to talk to them. Attraction is just "ohh his fine". Its just a ***** feeling. But love is more then physical beauty.
