First you need to understand what they are saying to you through body language.. once you learn that then you can use the same body language to communicate with them. For example... you can tell your dog to come to you with just your eyes. You simply look right into the dogs eyes and then look pointedly at the place where you want them to be.. it does involve a certain facial expression and head movement that I cant convey to you on here though... but watch your dog and you will see they use their eyes to tell you things, like if they want outside they will look at you then at the door, if they are hungry they look at you and then the food dish.. its almost like saying here this is what I want you to do. It works really good and I have used it with sucess on dogs that were hesitant to come because of mistraining. You can use it for alot of things.. if you want your dog to get a certain toy, you can show them which one without even touching it! Another huge part of communicating with your dog is your posture... so important, it can convey a world of meaning and it helps to make a dog understand what you expect of them.. for example I notice alot of people make the mistake of standing wrong when they are giving their dog a command.. and you can literally see the confusion in the dog because the words convey one meaning but they body language is saying something different. The voice often says "do as I say" and the body says "I wont make you do anything"... posture is important if you are giving your dog a command your posture should reflect the authority of your command. If you tell your dog to sit and you are crouching or slouching that is saying I am weak, I am vulnerable I cannot enforce my wishes. If however you say sit while standing very straight, head held up high, legs stiff that says do as I say, for I have the ability to enforce my wishes. If you want to communicate with your dog in the same way they communicate with other dogs then you have to learn body language.. you can also at the same time teach your dog some of human language.. I know people will say that dogs cant learn the meaning of words but they are wrong... dogs can learn the meaning of words but it is humans who often fail to teach them properly. Talk to your dog all the time and they will learn things that are important to you communicating with them.

In a be conscious "consistency". it rather is been shown that canines be waiting to earnings over one hundred distinctive words. what's important is to call an merchandise via a similar call and with a similar tone of voice each and every time to make certain that the canines to understand. The canines in my avatar case in point knows the version between "beer" and "Pepsi" and could bypass get the right one out of the refrigerator each and every time (now if she might only discover ways to close the refrigerator whilst she is finished)
