Here are some things i like:
Tuna Crunch - tuna, mixed with salad cream/mayo (or a mix of both) with some finely chopped red/green pepper, a little red onion and ground black pepper in a soft white roll.
Or a sausage sandwich (cold is very acceptable) with onion relish or ketchup
Chicken and smoky bacon with BBQ sauce
Turkey with salad and honey mustard dressing
Or you could try making your own mini beef meatballs in a marinara sauce and popping that in a submarine roll with some cheese and microwaving it at work (if possible) to eat warm.

this is "my" sandwich....take any bread, I like focaccia or Italian and slice two pieces, a little on the thick side, and saute in "butter".....toasted, not burned.
On a separate plate, place your deli/luncheon meat of choice (could just be veggies).....I like to use cajun turkey or mesquite turkey breast...then place cheese on top of this....again..whatever you like....I use mozzarella, provalone, muenster or a combo of asiago...anything but cheddar (for me)......and I sprinkle some crushed red pepper on this to my taste. I then microwave it to melt the cheeses and warm the meat(s)and get the added water out of the meat
. For the sauce/dressing.. I usually take some ranch dressing or Miracle Whip and mix w/ a small amount of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce (or your fave) and a touch of Tiger Sauce. I then put the meat on the bread....put some sauce onto it....add lettuce, then top it w/ the other bread. and boy is it good. Sounds like alot of work in the typing here, but it's really quick and easy since you will be using store bought bread and sliced meats.
Since you don't like spicy, just use the meats without the spice and sauces that are tamer. This can easily have an Asian flair by using Soy, mustard and Miracle whip mixture, or a Mexican Taste by using some Cumin, Chili Pepper as the seasonings.
Also, just do the bread at home and carry separately from the meat and cheeses and heat in micro at work and slap it together for a good sandwich!!
The whole key to the great taste is the bread being toasted in the real butter.

Well i dont eat sandwiches that often, but my advice is to use thick bread or crunchy rolls as it makes it so much more interesting! Also add salad or cheese or some paste to liven it up.
I like tuna, marmite, banana...etc
You could always lose the sandwich idea and go for a (pasta) salad, or a tortilla wrap. With the pasta salad, either make a tomato sauce or just put it in mayo with salad.
Wraps can have anything! Cheese, salad, pate, chicken, tuna, etc!
Hope that helps

I have two which I discovered by chance whilst on holiday in the Netherlands where breakfast in the hotel was a buffet containing the usual Dutch assortment of hard-boiled eggs, cheese slices and tinned ham with fresh bread and butter. With those I daily made sandwiches (secretly!) to take out with me, and I still make them at home whenever I have the chance. They are:
1: Cheese and ham, and
2: Egg and cheese.
Neither need any sauces, and as neither had any "damp" contents, they keep well for several hours if packed properly. The only slight difference I make in England is to use processed cheese slices instead of messing about with Edam or Gouda, but the choice is yours, and you'll not beat them for being tasty in my opinion ! ! !

No. As a toddler, I enjoyed Sunbeam white bread with low-fee spiced ham lunch meat. i'm particular there wasn't somewhat ham in it. If I had some on the instant, i might feed it to the canines -- if he'd devour it. i admire BLTs, yet my low sodium eating regimen does not enable me to devour them. (i visit cheat if I scent Baron Verulam.) recently, my sandwiches have been low-sodium turkey pastrami. i like it, inspite of the incontrovertible fact that it won't have the ability to evaluate to Baron Verulam. I additionally like tuna salad and hen salad on toast, and that i admire Steak & Shake's Portabello & Swiss burgers.
