If your bf doesnt tell you that he loves you there is not much you can do,but let me tell you this, Having someone that demonstrates their feelings, understanding and commitment to you on a regular basis is the most important thing in the world. To feel loved by someone is way more important than hearing 3 little words. Most people use them way too easy nowadays.Enjoy the fact that he shows you how much he cares and accept that some people dont say it as easy!!!!

A year seems like plenty of time for him to have mustered up the courage...there's somthing amiss...I would suggest you really evaluate the relationship and make sure you're both on the same level...remember actions speak louder than words...if he loves you maybe he expresses it in a more action-oriented way...

To me..... Actions are LOUDER than words, why stress on three little words that are completely overrated?

If this guy is as sweet, and attentive and you say he is, enjoy what you have and have a good time in your relationship. Give him time and respect his space.

He'll come around, when he's good and ready.

If he was in a bad relationship before he probably still has his guard up. Don't take offense, give him time... you opened the door for him now you just have to let him get the strength to walk through it again. Just make sure you don't slam it in his face like the other girls did

sounds like a good guy but afraid of going to the next level. Saying I love you is a big step. I would approach him about this and metion it to him and see if there is anyway that he can explain this to you. Hopefully he will say it on your mini break. good luck.

He maybe said it too early in his last relationship and when the relationship went bad it made him feel cheap. I'm sure he will say it when he really wants to. Don't worry about it.

You have to remember that men dont express their feelings that much and they tend to hold them back. Looks like he feels insecure because of those past relationships. Just keep saying I love you to him. With time, hell let his guard down and say it. Dont push it though.

Some guys have a problem with saying "I love you" because some girls make such a HUGE deal out of it. You're so confusing that it's easier to keep our thoughts to ourselves so that it won't come back to haunt us.
