How do I make a source in PSpice that is 0V at time t=0 and 15V at time t=1ms?

I was trying to use Vpulse in the source library, but V1, V2, Td, Tr, Tf, Pw, Per seem like like too many parameters to set for me.

V1 = 0, V2 = 15, Td = 0, Tr = 1m, Tf = anything, Pw = 100000

That will have a signal with starting value 0, up value of 15 and a rise time of 1 ms. Make the pulse width bigger than your stop time and you have it.
