My wife is fond of "Appletini’s". It's basically a martini made with the apple flavored vodka and with Midori melon liquor in place of the vermouth (though we usually add a lot more Midori). Try a 2:1 mixture of Vodka/Midori for a nice sweet flavor with a bright emerald shine for St. Patrick’s day, or skip the Apple Vodka and use regular vodka or gin if you prefer.

A simple one is Green Apple Puckers and Vodka, mixed in a shaker with plenty of ice. I would say equal parts of both but make sure to use ice since it will be strong if you don't add water.
