Im in AZ and im trying to figure out what time a soccer match comes on it says 11:00 ET and so im thinking that would mean its on at 8:00 am here in Tucson?? any help would be much appreciated.. Cheers

I'm from Tucson, too. You were right, the show starts at 8:00. On the second Sunday in March, we go from being Mountain time to being Pacific. Then, on the second Sunday in November, we go back to being two hours behind EST.

there is a three hour difference between pacific standard time and east coast time. so a game that starts at 11:00amET would show at 8:00am on the west coast.

AZ should be currently 3 hours behind EST. So you are right. Some states do not do Daylight Savings Time and I believe AZ is one of them.

Eastern Time Zone ( NY )...11 am
Central Time Zone ( Chicago )...10 am
Mountain Time Zone ( Denver )...9 am
Western Time Zone ( LA )....8 am

11AM eastern is 9 AM there. 8 would be pacific.
