We serve bagels, muffins, and breakfast breads to our guests and residents for Grand Rounds. Also juice, coffee- regular and decaf- and fruit or fruit bars. How much would this cost us?

If you paid enough - Unless the caterer opens before then regularly. It'll probably cost roughly $5-6 a person.

yes its possible, you need to call it in ahead of time, but a caterer will do just about anything requested by a customer, including the time, alot of caterers start working before 6 so....

How much extra would you have to pay your help to come in early to have all that prepared in time?
Could your help prepare any of it the night before? How much would it cost you in overtime to have those employees work at a time to get it prepared in time?

Around here that would probably start around $9 a person. Nothing is cheap in Napa Valley.
