For vitamin C, the RDA depends on your age. You can see a chart near the bottom of this page
http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/002404.htm
Too much vitamin C per day can lead to stomach upset and diarrhea.
Vitamin E also depends on age. You can see a chart here
http://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/vitamine.asp#h3
Based on these charts for any age, you are taking in too much per day and should decrease the amount.

even in spite of the shown fact that nutrition C is a water soluble nutrition and your physique will do away with extra quantities it extremely is optimal to no longer exceed 2 grams (2000mg) an afternoon because of the fact this frequently motives diarrhea. So while you're actually not over this volume it is high quality. even in spite of the shown fact which you does not prefer to take extra suitable nutrition C once you're a diabetic, on blood thinners, companies to kidney stones or have become a stool occult blood attempt. As for taking extra supplementations i might proceed what you're doing and get the rest a your supplementations by eating sparkling vegetables and end result.

if you have too much you will pee it out. I think you mean mg instead of g though.
The vitamin E should be good at 800mg.
The vit c, I would take at least 1000mg a day before bed. if you workout then take 1000mg after your workout and before bed. if you feel like your getting sick, take more, but no more than 4 g a day. Too much vit C can result in kidney stones if your body cannot get rid of all the excess.
You want to take vit C after a workout since it is an antioxidant and your body creates free radicals when you workout. This will help fight the free radicals. Taking it before bed will protect your immune system when it is resting.

The Food and Nutrition Board established the safe upper limit of intake for Vitamin E to be 1000mg (1500 IU).
No safe upper limit has been established for Vitamin C but excessive amounts can cause diarrhea.

Your body will take what it needs and you will pee out the rest. You won't overdose or anything!
