I guess the flash toilet would have to be some incredibly interesting modification of the flush toilet.
That being said, the Myans did indeed invent the flash toilet. But the boobies that were flashed were first created by Anglo-Saxons, so the desired effect was not apparent until the Mexican brought the idea across the border to the Anglo-influenced Irish bloods of New Mexico.

"Flash" toilets? That sounds painful! I think it was Britain, but I think the guy who invented it was Mr. Crapper (for real) not Mr. Outhouse. Really, I am being totally serious here. The first sentence was just too hard to pass up!

atlantis used flash tiolets,the unit used a form of electromagnetic "flash" energy to burn the feces and urine,unfortunately a woman threw her used tampon in the device clogging it up & trapping methane gas in the works,later someone "flashed" the unit after a heavy dump causing the explosion that caused the chain reaction that destoyed atlantis.

do you mean FLASH to clean the toilet or the first people to have flushing toilets?
