I have a little cold. My nose is very runny and I feel icky.
but I have a job interview tommorow that can not be canceled!
What do I do to make myself better?

drink alot of fluids and orange juice,take a big shot of NyQuil and go to bed early. go to the pharmacy and they have over the counter stuff to dry up a runny nose like musinex...good luck,hope you feel better.

If you need fast releaf, you can have medicine. The best medicine which stops runny nose in two to three hours is Cetrizine. It is an anti-allergic and have some side-effects also but really works. Well, you can have also boiled water and some salt in it. It will also help you.

Rest as much as possible, pump in the fluids, especially water and sleep tonight with a humidifier...all will make you feel much better. Keep some vaseline on your nose overnight. Feel Better!
Mucinex does not dry up a runny nose, it breaks up chest congestion.

Zicam works great for cutting your sick time in half and reducing the strength of your cold to half. Also do the obvious like drink a lot of water, get extra rest and eat healthy foods. Take some DayQuil before your interview. Good luck, I hope you get the job!

Drink as much warm fluids as much as u can like soups, vlemon juice. i have my own prescription that help me when i have cold: warm cup of tea mixed with some drops of lemon juice with a spoon of honey.... it s really nice... and if this fails, then 2 pills of ibuprofin will help..... Good Luck
