It could be Meniers disease or vertigo - both affect balance. It could also possibly be a panic/ anxiety attack bought on by stress or anaemia if your iron intake is low? I would certainly recommend a trip to your GP though just to rule out anything more serious such as low blood pressure or diabetes.

Jeez, it could be anything.
Could be inner ear problems (= causes problems with balance, but I don't think that explains being tired).
Could be blood sugar problems (diabetes).
Could be neurological problems.
Could be hormonal, if you're a woman (can't tell from your ID).
Could be the side effects of some medication you're taking.
Could be a lot of things.
All of our guesses won't amount to a hill of beans. Go see your doctor. Your doctor will run tests to figure out what exactly is wrong, and will refer you to a specialist if necessary. Do it sooner rather than later so you don't wind up hurting yourself or others (if you should pass out while driving).
Good luck to you.

Have you had your blood pressure checked recently....Low B/P could cause you to feel light headed...
Also an inner ear infection...Infections can leave you feeling lethargic so it could be whats draining you. Have you been on a diet recently and lost a bit of weight?
There are loads of reasons that can cause these type of symptoms but anything new or out of the ordinary for you should be reviewed by your doctor.

get to the Doctors NOW especialy if you find you have pins and needels in arms and/or legs. I had similar symptoms and they thought it was v serious, admitted me to hospital and had me on hourly observation for about 6 days. Thankfully and after MR scans, multiple bllood tests, nerve conduction tests and much more they put it down to a basic virus and nothing more. Better safe than sorry

Could be an ear infections causing your dizzy spells. I would be a bit worried about leaping up from your desk unless you are wired up to the electric socket. Go see your doctor.

Could be a number of things - most likely is that you are anaemic. Shortness of red blood cells leading to lack of oxygen and low blood pressure would explain dizzyness and breath shortage and also general fatigue.
Go to the doctor, who will take a blood test to confirm.

The dizziness/disorientation thing sounds like it could be an inner ear infection. The other symptoms could well be related.
See your GP straight away.

Hi :
Do you have a fever? Perhaps your doctor can give you a referral to a neurologist to get an MRI done. I did that when I had similar symptoms later to find it was MS and I was not nuts. An MRI can tell a neurologist many things. Good Luck Moe

Could be an inner ear infection, like labyrinthitis. This is notorious for causing dizziness etc.
