Not many. All these broken body parts will heal with time. A broken heart heals only after a period of grief...but it does eventually heal if you let it. Try to find something that you enjoy and focus on that. It will take your mind off the pain and help get you going again. It's ok to take a new direction.

A broken heart can be mended over time, although it seems it will never end.
Losing two best friends within a fortnight of each other is a nightmare the pain never seems to go away even after 5 years, my heart is still breaking.
Even 72 hours of labour with my little one will never compare

I would say not a broken heart can take year and years to get over!! A broken bone, the pain lasts at most a week (unless surgery)

Grief! It's basically the same feeling of loss but sometimes a broken heart can be worse because the person is still out there walking around but you can't have them because you have lost them. My friend said it would have been easier for her if her husband had died than it was when they got divorced.

Labour!!!!!!!!!!! But seriously, the pain of a broken heart is horrible but it does heal in time. When me and my ex split up, i busied myself with my daughter, friends, got a job, started a degree and socialised. I got over it pretty quick once i realized theres more to life than a partner and all the **** that comes with one. xxxx

No, the first days are the worst, you're in denial but it hurts so much. The one person you would run to for comfort and reassurance is the one person you can't go to because they're the idiot that broke your heart.
