Should Outlook Express not have a contact database like the other email clients do?

I was sure it does, but on my work computer there is not one there, it just does not exist on it.

Does anyone know why or how to fix this, as it would make my life so much easier if i could use this for contacts

Outlook Exchange Server maintains the Global Address Book for the entire Company

IF your Company IT Department has allowed it, you can have a Personal Address book but have to set that up via Options or some-such within Outlook client.

Some Companies decide not to permit Personal Address Books - something to do with not encouraging you to waste Company Time with personal emails perhaps ??

Do you mean the address book? It does have one of those, but it isn't quite as flexible as the Contacts in Outlook (non-express version!).

Most of the Outlook Express error messages are due to problems with the internet connection, not the software on your computer.

The password is hung on the servers of your e mail service. as an party once you've a BT information superhighway e mail take care of, they have the password. you are able to telephone them up and request the password, and re-enter this into the account settings (on between the proper menus). It shouldn't in simple terms 'lose' your password even if, except you replaced it, so the placement ought to no longer be on the placement of the password. in case you seem on the blunders tab even as connecting, it is going to allow you to be conscious of precisely what failed.
